Dev made his debut in 2009-2010 with the Hindi Television NDTV Imagine as a Young Shukra. He also plays the lead role of Young Shaurya in “Kashi – Ab Na Rahe Tera Kagaz Kora”.
However, he came into the mainstream media after playing the role of Baal Veer in “Baalveer” in 2012, which aired on Sony SAB. He worked in Baalveer from 2012 to 2016, after which he received an offer from Star Bharat to play the teenage version of Chandra Shekhar Azad.
When he got this offer, he joined the show Chandrasekhar to play the role of the young freedom fighter. After completion of Chandrasekhar in 2018, he returned to Sony SAB to continue Baalveer sequel in 2019.
