Raj made his debut in 2016 with the Sony TV show “Ek Rishta Saajhedari Ka”. But, he came into the mainstream media after he replaced “Bhavya Gandhi” for the role of Jethalal’s son “Tappu” in the most popular TV show “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah”.
He almost worked with them for over 1,000 episodes. Later in December 2022, he decided to leave the show. When asked about the decision, Raj said, “I’m very fortunate to work with the cast of TMKOC, including legendary figures like Dilip Joshi sir and Disha Vakani mam.
